Terms of use

1. Who provides the app

Trackly is provided by [Full name or company name, address, VAT number if any], contact .

2. What the app does

The app helps you record expenses, income, accounts, savings pots and due dates, and view statistics and forecasts. It is a personal organisation tool: it is not financial, tax or investment advice. Forecasts, simulations and suggestions are estimates based on the data you enter and may not reflect reality.

3. Your data and backups

Your data stays on your device (see the privacy notice). It is up to you whether to protect it with a PIN and to make backups: if you forget your PIN, change device or clear your browser data without a backup, the data cannot be recovered, not even by us.

4. Free plan and Pro plan

5. Acceptable use

You may use the app for personal purposes. You may not decompile it in order to resell it, circumvent the licensing system or use it for unlawful activities.

5a. Automatic payments (Pro plan)

In the phone apps, if you turn it on, this feature logs expenses paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay by reading wallet notifications (Android) or through a Shortcuts automation you create (iPhone). It relies on Apple, Google and Samsung services that may change: we cannot guarantee that every payment is detected or categorised correctly, so please check the logged transactions. Without the Pro plan detected payments wait on your device and are not lost.

5c. AI-based features

Suggestions, alerts, tips and assistant answers are generated automatically and are for information only: they are not financial, tax or legal advice. Always double-check important figures. When you are talking to the assistant the app says so clearly. You can turn off all smart features in Settings without losing any data.

5b. Intellectual property and trademarks

© 2026 Alessio Gori. The app, texts and graphics are protected by copyright; third-party components are listed in Licences and credits. Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation.

6. Warranties and liability

We do our best to make sure the app works properly and its calculations are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the app's estimates or for loss of data caused by a lack of backups. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights (legal guarantee of conformity for digital content).

7. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app. You can stop using the app at any time and delete your data.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence.
